Are you looking for a fulfilling career, where your work can actually make life better for children and families? Look no further than a role in Fundraising! The Level 3 Fundraiser Apprenticeship is a new and exciting route into the world of fundraising and Speech and Language UK are delighted to be on the lookout for an apprentice to join our fundraising team. For 1.9 million children in the UK, learning to talk and understand words feels like an impossible hurdle.  So we give children and young people the skills they need so they aren’t left behind, waiting to be understood. As we venture into our transformative five-year strategy, we’re on the hunt for passionate individuals to help guide us on this journey.

Are you recent school leaver with GSCEs in Maths and English C or above? Are you keen on entering an exciting route into the world of charity fundraising? Are you looking in developing your skills in house as well as studying towards a professional, nationally recognised qualification?

Apprentices work on the job within a charity whilst receiving 20% off the job training from current industry experts. The training sessions are virtual classrooms via Zoom. Apprentices also receive the on-the-job training and coaching in the workplace.

Through this 13-month course and on the job learning, you will gain not only knowledge but also the key skills and behaviours needed to become a successful fundraiser, such as building and maintaining relationships to raise financial and non-financial support (such as raising awareness) for Speech and Language UK.
