    Child Engagement Measure:

Speech and Language UK's child engagement tool is a 6-point rating scale that can be used to measure the progress a child makes as a result of their parent or carer taking part in Tots Talking.

Practitioners should complete the rating scale for each child before and after the Tots Talking 8 week intervention. There is space on the register to make a note of each child's rating.
