Role Overview:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will manage a caseload of pupils with complex communication needs. You will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff to develop and deliver effective therapy interventions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our students, while advancing your own professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver therapy to a caseload of pupils.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure pupils’ needs are met.
  • Participate in pre-admission assessments and write comprehensive reports.
  • Offer specialist advice to staff and parents, and lead on specific clinical areas.
  • Contribute to outreach and whole-school development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and HCPC.
  • A recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with paediatric caseloads.
  • Experience with complex speech and language disorders is desirable.
  • Experience in a school setting and working within a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
