Role Overview:

We are looking for Senior Trust Fundraiser to join our Philanthropy and Partnerships team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our income generation from Trusts and Foundations, developing high-value funder relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and contributing to Speech and Language UK’s strategic impact. This role will require strategic insight, creativity, and a commitment to stewardship and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve income targets by establishing and nurturing relationships with high value donors.

· Develop and manage a portfolio of key funders, focusing on large, complex accounts.

· Write compelling, clear propositions for projects and core funding.

· Drive unrestricted income and implement the Trust fundraising plan.

· Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to explore new funding opportunities.

· Demonstrated success in high-value trust fundraising.

· Ability to develop strong funder relationships and produce compelling applications.

· Financial literacy for budget and portfolio monitoring.

· Commitment to Speech and Language UK’s vision and standards in fundraising.
