With 1.9 million children facing challenges with talking and understanding words across the UK, it’s crucial we work together to ensure these children receive the support they so urgently need.
This session will start by introducing you to Speech and Language UK and our work before moving onto the main focus of the day; how YOU can help save young futures. We will explore some of the challenges children in your constituency may be facing and some of the policies you can support to help them, and advice you can offer if they receive casework.
This is a chance for you to learn how to make a real difference to children struggling to talk and understand words with support from our expert team.
